Digital PDF Patterns
How do I access my PDF pattern?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to your PDF pattern. This link will allow you four download attempts. Once downloaded, save the pattern to your hard drive.
Open the pattern using a PDF viewer. We recommend Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat on a Mac or PC. Visit https://get.adobe.com/reader/ to download Adobe reader for free if you don't already have it. Mac users can choose to open PDF's with Apple's Preview Application.
Why can't I open my pattern on a mobile device?
Since there are multiple files in our digital patterns, we pack them into .ZIP files in order to compress the file size. Since mobiles devices are unable to unpack .ZIP files, the pattern must be opened on a personal computer and not a mobile device. Once you have unpacked the .ZIP file on your PC, if you wish to view the instructions on your mobile device, you may send the PDF instruction file to your personal email, which will allow you to access it there.

I'm at the copy shop and they say they can't print the pattern. Help!
Both the Copy Shop and A0 folders, you will find a "printing permissions" letter that will grant you the permission to print this product. In case the copy shop has trouble printing the file, direct them to print from a PDF reader program.
I've lost my digital pattern. Can you send me a new one?
Our digital patterns come with four download attempts. Once you have downloaded your patten, store it safely on your computer, hard drive or cloud storage where it can be filed away for future use. If your downloads have been used, we cannot send you a new link. If you are within your download limit but have lost your email containing the link, please get in touch with us through our contact form. Provide us with your order number and we'll resolve the issue for you.

When will I receive my pattern?
For wholesale shipping delivery standards, please refer to the wholesale page.
Canadian orders are shipped using Canada Post non-standard letter service. We ship orders every 2-3 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.
United States orders are shipped using a courier service which integrates with USPS. We ship order every three to five business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive between 2-4 business days.
International orders are shipped using Canada Post non-standard letter service. We ship orders every 2-3 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 4-7 business days.
For orders of two or more patterns: To provide the most cost effective shipping, our International packages contain two patterns per package. If you purchased more than two patterns, you will receive multiple parcels. Please understand that these packages may not arrive at the same time.
Shipments outside of North America may be subject to import charges, duties or taxes. You are responsible for these additional costs. If you require information, contact your local customs officer.
I still haven't received my package:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When placing your order, please ensure that you are providing the correct delivery address. If an incorrect address was provided, leading to a returned package, we will happily resend it at the customers expense. If the package has not arrived, contact us through our contact form and we will work out a solution.
Can I return a pattern?
Printed patterns can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the nature of digital products, our digital patterns are non-refundable. Check out our refund policy for more details
Can I use your pattern to produce goods to sell.
No. Our patterns are intended for personal use only. No part of our patterns may copied or shared and they may not be used for personal profit.
