Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped from Toronto, Canada. We ship parcels out within three business days (Monday - Friday). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

We use Canada Post's lettermail service. While this is the most cost effective option, tracking is not available for this service.

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Expected shipping times on patterns are as follows:

Canada: 2-7 business days

United States: 6-9 business days

International: 6-10 business days

During holidays and peak seasons, delivery times may be affected.

Please note that the postal service is experiencing significant delays due to Covid-19. We are unable to receive accurate predictions for delivery times.

If you haven’t received your order within the suggested number of days (mentioned above) after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@victorypatterns.com.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Wholesale Orders:

We use a third party Canadian courier that works in partnership with USPS. Tracking is included. Expect delivery times between 2-8 business days.

International Orders:
We use a third party Canadian courier that works in partnership with USPS and other shipping providers. Tracking is included.Standard delivery times are between 4-21 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Victory Patterns is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
