A day in my life
I was so happy to be asked to take part in Tilly's awesome "Day In The Life" blog feature. If you wanted a little peek into my days at the studio and the see the coolest parrot ever, you can head over to her blog.
As a bonus, read Tilly's blurb at the end of the interview, and you'll find a pattern sale surprise.

I had a lovely studio visit from two super talented photographers, Suech & Beck, who wanted to come in to get a look at what goes into making patterns and clothes. They captured some lovely pics as I worked away, and it was a real treat to have some of these moments captured. So I though I'd share them with you as a little behind the scenes action.
It's not every day that I get to invite you guys to dinner, but today is the day! At least if you live in Toronto! I've teamed up with Nurture to host a Harvest Table Dinner; an evening of beautiful food and creative discussion at the Depanneur.
I teach sewing to people of all levels, and I often get asked where to buy a sewing machine, and what brand to buy. While I'm not an expert, I do know my way around a sewing machine. I also happen to be an excellent treasure hunter, which means I love to find second-hand gems.
